PRODUKSI BANDENG (Chanos chanos) MELALUI APLIKASI PUPUK ORGANIK

Abstract: Bandeng (Chanos chanos) merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan di sektor perikanan yang berkontribusi dalam memenuhi produksi nasional. Ekspor bandeng ke beberapa negara seperti Uni Eropa dan Amerika Serikat sangat prospektif untuk dikembangkan, namun bandeng asal Indonesia kurang disukai karena terindikasi mengandung zat kimia yang dapat mengganggu kesehatan. “…Penelitian terkait pupuk organik yang digunakan pada budidaya ikan bandeng yang telah dilakukan menggunakan pupuk organik komersial (Hijrah et al, 2017). Penelitian sebelumnya terkait perbandingan pupuk organik komersial dan pupuk organik cair non-komersial pada budidaya ikan bandeng menggunakan campuran limbah sayuran, ampas tahu dan pupuk kandang menunjukkan hasil yang dengan sintasan 60.82% (Pantjara dan Hendradjat, 2011).
