Abstract:Parthenogenesis is an artificial oocytes activation process without paternal contribution. Blastocyst, derived from parthenogenesis, is one of potential source for pluripotent stem cell propagation. Unfortunately, previous studies reported that parthenogenetic embryo did not achieve exhilarating blastocyst rate.
