Production and Characterization of Mouse Diploid Parthenogenetic Blastocyst Developed in Phosphate-Free Medium

Abstract: Parthenogenesis is an artificial oocytes activation process without paternal contribution. Blastocyst, derived from parthenogenesis, is one of potential source for pluripotent stem cell propagation.
