Abstract:RESUMO-O objetivo do trabalho foi testar a sacarose (S), mistura de sacarose e glicerol residual (SGR) (1:1 m/m) e glicerol residual (GR) como fonte de carbono na produção de diferentes exopolissacarídeos (EPSs) bacterianos. Os cultivos foram realizados em frascos agitados (28ºC/200 rpm).
