Procesos de configuración territorial y conflictos por el agua en el municipio de Pasto, Colombia

Abstract: El propósito de este artículo, es analizar los conflictos sociales, políticos y ambientales por el acceso y distribución del agua en los andes suroccidentales de Colombia, específicamente en el municipio de Pasto.
