The implementation of recreational functions requires an effective control system of physical training of students with chronic health conditions. The paper discusses the problems of test control in the physical education of students with chronic health conditions. Is a relevance of the research in this area to the steady increase of the following students. The pedagogical technology is a basis for the construction of the educational process of physical education, its content, form and means aimed at the implementation of its objectives and ensure effective progress of the process at the university. Purpose-the procedural determinants of formation of pedagogical technologies of test control concept in physical training of students with chronic health conditions to identify. Based on the theoretical analysis and compilation of scientific-methodical and special literature with results of previous studies of formation of pedagogical technology of its implementation the identified and systematized procedural determinants. Among identified: the methodological questions, the definition of the indispensable components. requirements of the principles of designing educational technologies; definition of teaching methods of implementing these principles, the pedagogical conditions that ensure the realization of the excellent content of technology in practice. That their use will systemic nature of this process it has been established. The effectiveness of the practical implementation of the directives of the system that ensure the achievement of the goal of the test monitoring of students with disabilities in health, for the effective implementation of the objectives of physical education this will ensure. In incarnation revealed procedural determinants of formation of pedagogical technologies of test control in physical education of students with chronic health conditions do carry out this process specifically to provide high probability of achieving the end result.

Background: In physical activity, testing procedures generally require maximal efforts. They are not always administrable or appropriate (e.g., with beginners, elderly, or in school); therefore, alternative submaximal procedures might be more fitting. This study aimed to assess the criterion validity and reliability of submaximal tests based on perceptual variables to be used instead of the corresponding maximal procedures to evaluate muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiorespiratory fitness. The sustainability of this "educational" rationale to achieve the individual self-government and self-determination of testing and exercising has been further discussed. Methods: A total of 16 female gym practitioners (age 23 ± 3 years) performed five submaximal tests (push-up, S-PU; crunch, S-CR; wall-sit, S-WS; bending forward, S-BF;Step test, S-ST), whose results were compared to those from the corresponding maximal tests (push-up, PU; crunch, CR; wall-sit, WS; sit-and-reach, S&R; Yo-yo, YY). Results: The Interclass Correlation Coefficient (ICC) was higher than 0.8 in all of the submaximal tests. High correlations were found between all submaximal and maximal tests except between YY and S-ST, though their mean heart rates were correlated. Conclusions: Submaximal tests based on an internal load at about 50% of the maximal perceived exertion are equally valid and reliable to the corresponding gold-standard maximal tests, except for the cardiorespiratory evaluation. The educational rationale of this study supports self-acting as a calibration mechanism of physical activity, promoting a proper use of the body but not its overuse.

As a part of the discussion about how movement knowledge is valued in physical education teacher education (PETE), issues of assessment have been brought to the fore. Studies have shown that how and when movement knowledge is assessed is strongly culturally dependent and based different epistemological orientations. The aim of this paper is to analyse and discuss how preservice teachers in Sweden perceive assessment in an invasion games course according to the games performance assessment instrument (GPAI). The empirical material presented in this study is based on a web-survey carried out at the end of the invasion games course where the participants were asked to write comments of how the experienced GPAI and its relevance in school physical education. The findings suggest that the preservice teacher experience prediction and measurement of appropriate and non-appropriate behaviours in GPAI as problematic from a didactic perspective.
