Probleme eines Leistungsvergleichs der Bildungssysteme in der Bundesrepublik und der DDR

Abstract: Bei vergleichenden Betrachtungen der Bildungssysteme wird oft die Frage nach der "Effektivität" des Bildungswesens und der Überlegenheit oder Unterlegenheit eines bestimmten Systems in einem imaginären "Bildungswettstreit" gestellt, insbesondere dann, wenn die Antwort zur Lösung der eigenen bildungspolitischen Probleme beitragen soll.
