Problematizing interactions between social science and public policy

Abstract: In January 2013, 11 scholars convened to share their experiences and views of the relationship between social science and public policy. The participants agreed to formalize in writing their key contributions and reflections on the day. This Forum article -necessarily reflecting diverse views -is a select composite of those contributions, and invites further debate.
