The demand for the development of cyber-physical systems remains high across various production sectors. While some industries have made significant strides, others still require ongoing research and development efforts. This article delves into the application of feedback control for equipment in the processing industry, using a two-rotor vibration machine equipped with induction motors as a case study. Conventionally, such equipment is manually operated with the help of affordable constructive facilities, which does not align with the principles of Industry 4.0. In response, this paper explores an architecture for an automatic control system capable of handling various technological tasks, including mixing and transporting processed media. This architecture encompasses several components, such as real-time regulator tuning, control of the rotor speed loop, and/or adjustment of the phase shift between the rotors based on machine sensor measurements. A notable advantage of this control system lies in its complete software-based implementation. The article also presents the findings from full-scale experiments, demonstrating the capabilities and effectiveness of the proposed approach.

The flow of fluids through pipes directly depends on the physicomechanical characteristics of the material. When designing technological equipment, it is assumed that the equipment operates with the limiting physical characteristics of the liquid. The study of the flow of non-Newtonian fluids is important for the development of energy-saving methods for the cement industry. In this paper, we study the flow of cement raw sludge through rigid pipes. It is shown that when moving in pipes near the pipe walls, the sludge moves like a normal Newtonian liquid, and near the pipe it moves like a solid. This indicates that when moving through a pipe with a prolonged non-stationary effect, the sludge behaves like a normal Bingham body. The article found the flow rate, the drag coefficient, the Reynolds number, and the hydraulic resistance when the sludge moves through the pipe. In this paper, the parametric law of resistance of sludge movement in pipes is defined, which can be considered as a convenient way to calculate pressure drop. It follows from the law that, when flowing through pipes, sludge now acquires the properties of a plastic body and behaves like Bingham plastic.

The article is devoted to the development of multifunctional technological complexes for obtaining highly dispersed activated materials, including fast-hardening microfibrated composite mixtures. Special attention is paid to the development of conditions for their effective homogenization and the molding technology of various charges. Presented experimental design, aimed at improving the process of forming man-made mixtures. A low-tonnage technological complex for the utilization of technogenic materials with various physical-mechanical properties was developed. The urgency of the development of techniques and technology for the utilization of man-made materials by means of compaction when creating new high-tech industries is shown.
