Probiotic Lactobacillus plantarum IS 10506 supplementation increase SCFA of women with functional constipation

Abstract: Background and Objectives: Gut microbiota influences our health via multiple mechanisms. Microbiota produced Short Chain Fatty Acid (SCFA) as an energy to maintain gut ecosystem and physiology.
