Privatization of State-Owned Enterprises and its Effects on the Performance of the Kenyan Economy

Abstract: This study examined privatization in Kenyan with reference to whether there existed relationships between privatisation of SOEs, criteria used to select SOEs for privatisation; management of SOEs and their performance in the Kenyan economy.
