“…Therefore, an analytical weighting is required to calculate the weight of each influencing parameter towards spatial parameters representing the needs of the community through the consideration of experts and authorized stakeholder. Based on Rohandi, Tuloli and Jassin [5] the AHP method can provide a comprehensive and rational framework for structuring decision-making problems, representing and measuring their elements, linking these elements to overall goals and being able to evaluate alternate solutions so that it can rank the priority of underwater tourism sites in the province of Gorontalo development based on existing parameters. To create an alternative route, GIS was applied using Network Analyst extension.…”
