Today's largest and fastest growing companies' assets are no longer physical, but rather digital (software, algorithms. . . ). This is all the more true in the manufacturing, and particularly in the maintenance sector where quality of enterprise maintenance services are closely linked to the quality of maintenance data reporting procedures. If quality of the reported data is too low, it can results in wrong decision-making and loss of money. Furthermore, various maintenance experts are involved and directly concerned about the quality of enterprises' daily maintenance data reporting (e.g., maintenance planners, plant managers. . . ), each one having specific needs and responsibilities. To address this Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) problem, and since data quality is hardly considered in existing expert maintenance systems, this paper develops a Maintenance Reporting Quality Assessment (MRQA) dashboard that enables any company stakeholder to easily -and in real-time -assess/rank company branch offices in terms of maintenance reporting quality. From a theoretical standpoint, AHP is used to integrate various data quality dimensions as well as expert preferences. A use case describes how the proposed MRQA dashboard is being used by a Finnish multinational equipment manufacturer to assess and enhance reporting practices in a specific or a group of branch offices.

Clinical engineering departments have to establish and continuously regulate a Medical Equipment Management Program (MEMP) to ensure a high reliability and safety of their critical medical devices. Asset criticality assessment is an essential element of reliability centered maintenance and risk-based maintenance, especially when enormous various devices exist and the worst failure consequences are not evident. This paper presents a new risk-based prioritization framework for maintenance decisions. We propose a Multi-Expert Multi-Criteria decision making (MEMC) model to classify medical devices according to their criticality and we describe how obtained scores are used to set up guidelines for appropriate maintenance strategies.

Abstract-The objective of this study is to investigate the performance of the medical devices by analyzing the problems of the medical devices that do not meet the international standards. The data used in this study were obtained by interpreting of the performance test results of medical devices. The study includes high risk group medical devices used at the departments of operation room and intensive care in Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine in Istanbul University. The performance tests of total 542 medical devices were performed and the measurement results were interpreted according to the Inspection and Preventive Maintenance System (IPM) procedures which were developed by Emergency Care Research Institute (ECRI). The obtained data were analyzed and the results were given in graphics. This study showed that the controlling of the performance of the medical devices especially the high risk group medical devices in the hospital will be helpful in quality assurance studies. As a result of this, a preventive maintenance program was created. Thus, tracing the problems before they happen and stocking required spare parts were made possible. Additionally, the analysis of the medical devices according to the manufacturer helped us to decide the right during the purchasing of the new devices.
