Abstract: Objective: to describe the first choice for use of health services and to analyze sociodemographic factors associated with seeking Primary Health Care (PHC) by the adult population of Brazil's Federal District in 2015. “…The study innovates by applying the PCATool to a population sample in Belo Horizonte by telephone interviews to assess PHC performance and its association with sociodemographic characteristics, self-reported health conditions, and behavioral risk factors for NCDs, which differs from most published studies. It identifies the score of evaluation of the attributes from the users' viewpoint and knowing the PHC service use profile and factors associated with use 20,31 .
