“…It is defined as lymphoma clinically presenting as cardiac disease with the bulk of the tumour located intrapericardially [1]. The histology of these tumours is usually DLBC type non-Hodgkins lymphoma [2]. The optimal treatment regime is still to be elucidated but these tumours should probably be treated similarly to other bulky non-Hodgkins Lymphomas with chemotherapy ± radiotherapy forming the mainstay of treatment [3].…”
