Primary Hydatid Cyst in the Rectovesical Pouch

Abstract: Cyst hydatid disease is a parasitic zoonosis caused by the larvae of the tapeworm belonging to the Echinococcus species. While hydatid disease can affect almost any part of the human body, the liver and lung are the two organs where the disease is most frequently detected.
