Prevalence of viral gastroenteritis pathogens among hospitalized children under 5 year of age in the process of introducing the RV vaccine in the routine immunization

Abstract: Rotavirus (RV), Norovirus (NV), Sapovirus (SaV) and Astrovirus (Ast) are the leading causes of gastroenteritis and mortality in children worldwide. RV vaccines help to reduce the burden of diarrhea while the importance of other viruses is increasing.
