“…4 The vaccination schedule in the study area is as follows: (i) three doses of oral polio vaccine and diphtheria and tetanus in months 3, 4, and 5 of life; (subsequently changed to weeks 6, 10, and 14 under the Universal Immunisation programme; (ii) BCG before 6 weeks of age; and (iii) measles vaccine at 9-12 months of age.
