Prevalence of extended-spectrum β-lactamase in Pseudomonas aeruginosa in tertiary care centre

Abstract: an opportunistic nosocomial pathogen, its increasing resistance to broad-spectrum beta-lactams, mediated by extended-spectrum betalactamase enzymes (ESBL), is problem worldwide.
