Prevalence of canine infectious diseases in Gujarat, India: A brief review

Abstract: Dogs are one of the most common and well-liked pets in Gujarat, India. People have a different perception and are more open to the idea of having a pet as a companion. Interactions between humans and dogs, as well as close living, pose a significant risk for the development of zoonotic diseases, including diseases that can be carried by dogs.
