Prevalence, Detection, Management and Control of Hypertension in Ashanti, West Africa

Abstract: Hypertension and stroke are important threats to the health of adults in sub-Saharan Africa. Nevertheless, detection of hypertension is haphazard and stroke prevention targets are currently unattainable.
