Preservation of parsnip root vegetable depending on the degree of ripeness, varietal features, and storage techniques

Abstract: Cтупiнь визрiвання овочiв, плодiв та ягiд позначається на їх збереженостi. Ступiнь стиглостi пастернаку не можна визначити i за розмiром коренеплоду, оскiльки в цьому випадку не останню роль вiдiграють умови вирощування й агротехнiка Смаковi якостi i консистенцiю тканини з перiодом вегетацiї вiд 120 до 180 днiв рослин розрiзнити важко.
