Angular distributions for the target spin-dependent observables A0y, Axx, and Ayy have been measured using polarized proton beams at several energies between 2 and 6 MeV and a spin-exchange optical pumping polarized 3 He target. These measurements have been included in a global phaseshift analysis following that of George and Knutson, who reported two best-fit phase-shift solutions to the previous global p+ 3 He elastic scattering database below 12 MeV. These new measurements, along with measurements of cross-section and beam-analyzing power made over a similar energy range by Fisher et al., allowed a single, unique solution to be obtained. The new measurements and phase-shifts are compared with theoretical calculations using realistic nucleon-nucleon potential models.

L es professions et les professionnels jouent un rôle de plus en plus important dans les conflits qui accompagnent la transformation des sociétés contemporaines. Si, ces dernières années, le concept de profession s'est avéré des plus controversés -notamment en ce qui a trait aux marqueurs à privilégier pour en délimiter les frontières et le contenu (Adams, 2015; Evetts, 2012) -, il ne permet pas moins d'attirer l'attention sur les nouveaux rapports au risque, à la sécurité et à l'incertitude qu'entraînent les changements dans les rapports sociaux à la production (Schnapper, 1999). Dès lors, les aspects organisationnels, institutionnels aussi bien que régulatoires des pratiques professionnelles se projettent à l'avant-plan. Et cela est encore plus évident si on considère les nouvelles exigences éthiques auxquelles les professions et les professionnels sont confrontés, en particulier dans un contexte où les dispositifs de régulation relevant des territoires nationaux doivent composer avec les tendances à la globalisation des marchés.
