“…Despite this, the ascendent movement of A. besseyi was well characterised by the increase in the population density found inside roots from stems + petioles + inflorescences and leaves, reaching mean rates of more than 123, 330 and 430%, respectively, in a month. This suggests a flux of nematode movement from roots to shoots during the soybean development, with a great accumulation of specimens in the leaves at the end of the experimental period, which was already reported in soybean plants (Favoreto et al, 2015(Favoreto et al, , 2017; however, previous studies did not stain nematodes inside plant tissues to confirm this hypothesis.
