“…Another Ag paste consisting of 70 wt.% Ag particles of sizes ranging from nanometers to micrometers possessed an electrical resistivity of 4 9 10 À6 X cm to 11 9 10 À6 X cm after it was sintered at 400°C to 550°C. 26 Additionally, an inkjet-printed Ag film made from a silver ink with 60 wt.% metallic content and sintered at 250°C was reported to have an electrical resistivity of about 3.0 9 10 À6 X cm. 27 The higher electrical resistivity reported in our work was probably due to the presence of defects and cavities in the sintered paste.…”

“…Considerable work has been conducted in the study of low temperature curing silver pastes, mainly related to the conductive and binder phases [11][12][13]. Xing et al [14] selected eight different types of resins as the binder phase of low temperature curing silver pastes; their experimental results showed that, at the same ratio, silver pastes composed of vinyl and acrylic resins had the lowest sheet resistance, those composed of polyester and epoxy resins had the best adhesion and highest hardness, and those composed of polyurethane had the best resistance to bending.…”
