Preparation and properties of a novel bio‐based and non‐crystalline engineering elastomer with high low‐temperature and oil resistance

Abstract: A series of poly(succinic acid/sebacic acid/itaconic acid/butanediol/propanediol) bio-based and non-crystalline engineering elastomers (BEE) were obtained by changing the molar ratio of succinic acid (SA) to sebacic acid (SeA) from 5:5 (BEE-5) to 8:2 (BEE-8).
