Preparation and evaluation of celecoxib nanosuspensions for bioavailability enhancement

Abstract: We prepare celecoxib nanosuspensions using TPGS as stabilizer via high speed shear as a pre-treatment step, followed by HPH method; and the solidification of fresh nanosuspension was carried out by freeze-drying.
