“…The S7L3, S5L5, S3L7 composite powders were synthesized by coprecipitation‐calcination method at 1400°C for 24 h with La(NO 3 ) 3 ·6H 2 O, Ce(NO 3 ) 3 ·6H 2 O, Zr(NO 3 ) 4 ·5H 2 O and Sr(NO 3 ) 2 (Tianjin Guangfu Fine Chemical Institute, AR, Tianjin, China) as the starting materials. The composite bulks were sintered by pressureless sintering at 1600 °C for 6 h and the detailed preparation procedures reported in our previous work 24 …”

“…The composite bulks were sintered by pressureless sintering at 1600 • C for 6 h and the detailed preparation procedures reported in our previous work. 24 A typical laboratory CMAS with a composition of 33CaO-9MgO-13AlO 1.5 -45SiO 2 (C 33 M 9 A 13 S 45 ) in the molar ratio was used in the tests. According to a report by Levi et al, 8,11 C 33 M 9 A 13 S 45 is the average composition of the deposits on aircraft turbines operating in different regions.…”

“…Hence, it is of great significance to produce nontoxic inorganic pigments possessing high NIR reflectance. Lanthanides are broadly used in magnetic materials, luminescent materials, photocatalytic materials, and ceramic materials due to their special electronic layer structure. Recently, lanthanide pigments with remarkable reflectance in the NIR region have been reported as benignant substitutes for commercial toxic pigments. For instance, Y 2 BaCuO 5 is a bright green pigment with NIR reflectance of 62%, Ce 2 S 3 is a red pigment with NIR reflectance of 77.09%, Pr 4+ -doped La 2 Ce 2 O 7 is a dark orange pigment with NIR reflectance of 72.47%, and Fe 3+ -doped YMnO 3 is a blue pigment with NIR reflectance of 60.6% .…”
