Preparation and Characterization of Pt-Doped Bi2MoO6 Nanocomposites and Its High PDT Efficiency on HL60 Cells

Abstract: In this study, Pt-doped Bi2MoO6 nanocomposites were prepared by solvothermal and in situ reduction method. We used XRD, UV-Vis spectroscopy, TEM, EDS, and XPS to characterize its chemical properties. Results showed that the Pt-doped Bi2MoO6 nanocomposites had advantages of small size, good dispersion, and wide spectral response range. Then, we tested its biological toxicity and PDT efficiency on HL60 cells. Both pure Bi2MoO6 and Pt-doped Bi2MoO6 nanocomposites showed great biocompatibility after coincubated wi… Show more

“…Figure a shows the main peaks of BMO at 10.8, 28.4, 32.6, 33.1, 35.8, 46.5, 47.1, 55.4, 56.4, and 58.4°, which are, respectively, corresponding to (020), (131), (200), (060), (151), (202), (062), (133), (191), and (262) planes indexed to the orthorhombic phase of BMO (JCPDS card no. 77-1246). , The XRD pattern of the BMO-MSA composite has two peaks at 38.5 and 44.2°, which are attributed to (111) and (200) planes of Au . The peaks at 13.7 and 46.5° are assigned to (002) and (105) planes of MoS 2 , respectively .…”
