Preparation and Biochemical Property of Penicillin G Amidase-Loaded Alginate and Alginate/Chitosan Hydrogel Beads

Abstract: The entrapment of PGA on alginate+chitosan hybrid beads revealed several advantages and could be used in 6APA (6- aminopenicillanic acid) production.
