Prenatal Yoga untuk Mengurangi Nyeri Punggung pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III

Abstract: ABSTRAKNyeri punggung merupakan kejadian yang sering terjadi pada ibu hamil dan akan meningkat keluhannya saat ibu memasuki Trimester III. Penyebab nyeri punggung antara lain peningkatan berat badan selama hamil. Salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi nyeri punggung pada ibu hamil dengan prenatal yoga.
