Prenatal breastfeeding self efficacy scale: validity and reliability study

Abstract

Gereç ve Yöntemler: Metodolojik bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Nisan-Haziran 2015 tarihleri arasında kadın doğum polikliniğine başvuran 200 gebe oluşturdu. Verilerin toplanmasında tanıtıcı bilgi formu ve Prenatal Emzirme Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği kullanıldı. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, kapsam geçerliği için "content validity index", yapı geçerliği için açımlayıcı faktör analizi ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, güvenirlik için Cronbach-alfa kullanıldı. Bulgular: Ölçeğin açımlayıcı faktör analizinde Kaiser Meyer Olkin kat sayısı 0,84 ve Barlett's Sphericity Testi sonuçları χ 2 =1812,608; df=171; p=0,000'idi. Faktörlerin toplam varyansa yaptıkları katkı %59,06 idi. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizine göre, ölçeğin model uyum indeksleri; Ki-Kare (χ 2 =254,23, p=.000, sd=146) değeri başta olmak üzere uyum indeksleri, χ 2 /sd=1,74, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation=0,06, Comparative Fit Index=0,96, Normed Fit Index=0,92, Non-Normed Fit Index=0,96, Goodness Of Fit Index=0,88, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index=0,85'idi. Prenatal Emzirme Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeğinin iç tutarlılık güvenirlik katsayısı 0,86'idi. Çıkarımlar: Prenatal Emzirme Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği, Türk kültüründe uygulanması için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçektir ve prenatal dönemde emzirmeyi desteklemek için girişimler tasarlamak ve değerlendirmek isteyen tüm sağlık çalışanlarının kullanımına uygun bir araçtır.
