The Convention on Biological Diversity (CBD) pathways classification framework used in the implementation of the European Union’s (EU) Regulation 1143/2014 on invasive alien species (IAS Regulation) has recently been adopted by the European Alien Species Information Network (EASIN), the official information system supporting the implementation of the IAS Regulation. In the current paper, the result of an alignment of the primary introduction pathways of all alien plants in Europe included in the EASIN catalogue is presented, based on the CBD framework. In total, 6,250 alien plant taxa (marine plants excluded), both alien to Europe (native range outside Europe) and alien in Europe (native range partially in Europe) are reported. Altogether 5,175 plant taxa had their primary introduction pathway aligned based on the CBD framework, while for the rest the pathway remains unknown. In addition, the taxonomy, year and country of its first record in the wild are provided for each taxon. Our analyses reveal that the main primary introduction pathways of alien plants into Europe are linked to accidental escapes from ornamental and horticultural activities. Northwestern European countries seem to act as the main gateway areas of alien plants into Europe. Recent first observations of new alien taxa growing spontaneously exhibit a contemporary accelerating trend for plants alien to Europe, particularly linked to ornamental and horticultural activities. On the other hand, the number of new plants alien in Europe seems to have stabilized over the last few decades. The present work can assist in the prioritization of introduction pathways control, with the target of slowing down the rate of alien plants introductions into Europe, following also the requirements of the IAS Regulation.

“…Bijeljina is a crossroads that connects large cities, which contributes to increasing the number of non-native fl ora. Out of 50 invasive species in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Maslo, 2016) in the area of Bijeljina, the presence of 28 plants was recorded, and these are: Abutilon theophrasti, Acer negundo, Amaranthus retrofl exus, Ambrosia artemisifolia, Amorpha fruticosa, Artemisia annua, Asclepias syriaca, Matricaria discoidea, Erigeron canadensis, Datura stramonium, Echinocystis lobata, Erigeron annuus, Galinsoga parvifl ora, Helianthus tuberosus, Impatiens glandulifera, Juncus tenuis, Panicum capillare, Parthenocissus quinquefolia, Phytolacca americana, Reynoutria japonica, Robinia pseudoacacia, Rudbeckia laciniata, Solidago canadensis, Solidago gigantea, Sorghum halepense, Veronica persica, Xanthium orientale subsp. italicum and Xanthium spinosum.…”

На урбаном подручју града Бијељине забиљежено је присуство 442 врсте васкуларних биљака. Међу најзаступљенијим фамилијама посебно се истичу Compositae, Poaceae, Fabaceae, Lamiaceae и Brassicaceae. Већи- на биљака у урбаној флори Бијељине припада животној форми хемикриптофита (38.46 %). У високом проценту заступљена је животна форма терофита (33.03 %). Остале животне форме присутне су у мањем проценту у истра- живаној флори: геофите (9.73 %), фанерофите (8.14 %), скандетофите (4.07 %), хидрофите (3.39 %) и хамефите (3.17 %).

Такође су издвојене и инвазивне врсте присутне на територији АП Војводине (Anačkov et al, 2013) иако се велики број њих не сматра инвазивним на целој територији Републике Србије.…”

Извод: Први прелиминарни национални списак инвазивних биљних врста за територију Републике Србије објављен је 2012. године у оквиру рада под називом "Прелиминарни списак инвазивних врста у Републици Србији са општим мерама контроле и сузбијања као потпоре будућим законским актима". У то време је већ постојао списак инвазивних врста биљака и животиња за подручје Аутономне покрајине Војводине. За потребе израде приправничког рада под називом "Ревизија прелиминарне националне листе инвазивних биљних врста са предлогом мера контроле и сузбијања" у 2018. години урађена је упоредна табела инвазивних врста биљака Републике Србије и земаља у региону. Анализом инвазивне флоре сваке појединачне земље у региону уочено је да су критеријуми за предлагање инвазивних врста различити међу државама региона, и да је велики проблем у поређењу спискова инвазивних врста синонимија таксона. Имајући у виду да је врста инвазивна на територији неке земље, уколико је наведена на "званичној" листи инвазивних врста те земље, упоредном анализом поменутих листа и провером валидности синонима према "Радној листи свих познатих биљних врста" (енгл. "The Plant List, a working list of all known plant species") за Републику Србију и 8 држава у окружењу забележено је укупно 165 врста инвазивних биљака. Добијени резултати су узети само као један од многобројних показатеља у процесу ревизије постојећег националног прелиминарног списка са циљем израде потпуније листе потребне за доношење акта са мерама контроле и сузбијања инвазивних врста у складу са Законом о заштити природе.
