Preliminary analysis of different microRNA expression levels in juvenile angiofibromas

Abstract: Abstract. Juvenile angiofibroma (JA) is a rare fibrovascular tumor affecting, almost exclusively, adolescent males. The finding of frequent β-catenin-mutations in JAs emphasized the significance of the Wnt-signaling pathway in tumor pathogenesis.
