Abstract: BackgroundPatients with ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (rAAA) require immediate vascular treatment to survive. The use of prehospital point‐of‐care ultrasound (POCUS) may support clinical assessment, correct diagnosis, appropriate triage and reduce system delay.
