Abstract: This meta‐analysis evaluates the efficacy of point‐of‐care ultrasound (POCUS) in diagnosing abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) in the emergency department (ED). A systematic search of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Scopus, and Google Scholar identified studies published until July 2024.
