Preeclamptic serous retinal detachment without hypertension: A case report

Abstract: Preeclampsia is a disease of pregnancy classically defined by the development of new-onset hypertension and proteinuria. Serous retinal detachment is a rare complication of severe preeclampsia that is associated with a high incidence of morbidity and mortality.
