Bilateral Serous Retinal Detachments in a Patient With Preeclampsia Without Hypertension

Abstract: We describe an unusual case of a 39-year-old woman with bilateral serous retinal detachments presenting in the setting of preeclampsia without hypertension. The patient was followed using multimodal ophthalmic imaging and found to have complete resolution of subretinal fluid with no sequelae.
