Prediction of mortality risk by application of Pediatric Risk of Mortality (PRISM) score in tertiary care Pediatric Intensive Care Unit-A prospective observational study

Abstract: Aim: Our aim was to estimate the prediction of mortality by application of Pediatric Risk of Mortality (PRISM) score in a tertiary care pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) patients. Methods: 225 children admitted to the PICU of a tertiary care hospital over a period of 24 months were enrolled in this cross-sectional observational study.
