Prediction of Microbial Population in Sorghum Fermentation through Mathematical Models

Abstract: The mathematical models can be used as a tool in predicting microbial population in sorghum fermentation, either spontaneous fermentation or fermentation with the addition of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) inoculum.
