Metaphors play a cognitive and affective role in how people think and perceive a situation, an event or a person. The study of metaphors is one of the methods used to evaluate the conceptual meaning of individuals' beliefs and perceptions. This study aimed to understand how" the musician" and "the artist" concepts, which are often used as close meanings or synonyms, are misused and perceived by university students whose professional education is not music. A total of 110 students from various departments of Dokuz Eylül University voluntarily participated in the study in the 2018-2019 academic year. The study was descriptive and it was qualitative. Phenomenology design was adopted in the study and the data were analyzed by the content analysis technique. The data were analyzed in the Nvivo qualitative data analysis software and categorized according to the experts' opinions. According to the results of the research, 62 metaphors related to "the artist" concept and 65 metaphors related to "the musician" concept were used. According to the metaphors, 9 categories related to the concept of "the artist, and 7 categories related to the concept of "the musician" were formed. Examining the categories formed, it was seen that "creative", "relaxing" and "unifying" were the common categories for both the artist and the musician. The other prominent categories for the artist concept included "enlightener" and "freedom" while the other prominent categories for the musician concept included expression of "abstractness", "educator-instructor" and "value".

Innovations in training programs impact the educational system and the level of students' professional abilities. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the use of innovative technologies in teaching music and aesthetics with the use of intelligent technology. Students from various music schools in Beijing participated in the study: elementary (112 respondents), middle (123 respondents), and high school (98 respondents) (areas: piano, violin, and percussion), a total of 343 participants. Assessment of the students' level of proficiency took place in several stages: comparing the students' level of proficiency with that they had before the experiment, for this purpose an average eight-point system was used. The next stage consisted of a comparison of grades for the final academic concert. The results showed that the greatest improvement was seen in the percussion class and the least in the violin class. Piano students showed an average result in the correlation comparison, but their level was the highest in the final academic concert, 48.55% of the students showed a level of skill above average. While 39.13% of the violin students scored "excellent" and "good". The same level among the students of "percussion instruments" was shown by 35.71% of the students. Thus, one can conclude that applying intelligent technologies positively impacts students' performance, but it is necessary to be careful in choosing applications and technologies for implementation in the educational process. Further research should be directed at the impact of other applications and programs on learning, as well as ways to improve other music education areas and how they can be changed by intelligent technology use.

Cloud computing takes the analysis and digital processing technology based on virtual data space as the foundation and core of cloud computing technology development and research, and the significance and importance of data is self-evident. This paper designs a piano teaching system based on the virtual data space system and neural network, which can help users to master and use piano teaching information through the extensive application of this system. The functional test results show that the system fully realizes the automatic allocation of all virtual data spaces in the cloud computing environment and has the function of real-time synchronization with user terminals and applications in the virtual data space. Teachers can directly give lectures to students or give students detailed answers through live webcasting and other methods. Only by using this simple operation mode can they be able to solve the problems of piano teaching very conveniently. For the on-demand video, this paper manages the piano teaching videos by classification, that is, displays this type of video in an interface or table. The improved network recognition performance based on the loss function also achieves better improvement and improvement than the original network. The model has also achieved good performance in training and recognition on datasets in a strong noise environment.
