Weiqiang et al developed superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles (SPIONs) loaded nanoscale oxygen generator (PLZ4@SeD) with bladder cancer targeting moiety to release the hypoxia in bladder cancer by intravesical instillation [ 64 ].
