Prazer e sofrimento docente em uma instituição de ensino superior privada em Minas Gerais

Abstract: ResumoO artigo analisa a percepção de docentes de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior privada de Belo Horizonte sobre a vivência de prazer e sofrimento no trabalho, utilizando-se como método o estudo de caso de caráter quantitativo e qualitativo. Os dados quantitativos indicaram que a maioria dos resultados variou de "críticos" a "graves". Realização profissional foi o fator de prazer no trabalho mais relevante.
