Moreover, appropriate maternal practices and interactions, safe and roomy physical space, opportunities to explore the home, and experiences of active play with parents during the first few years of life promote child development (Son and Morrison, 2010;Pereira et al, 2016;Borba et al, 2017;Panceri et al, 2017;Rocha et al, 2019;Rodrigues et al, 2019;Valentini et al, 2020).
