Business and trade become an inseparable part of Islamic life. The rapidly growing market in cyberspace is a challenge for business players in the form of goods and services to expand and develop their business strategies, namely in terms of marketing. The purpose of the research in this article is to find out digital marketing from an Islamic perspective. The method used is a literature review, which is a literature search both internationally and nationally conducted using the Google Scholar database, ScienceDirect, ProQuest, JIM (Journal for Islamic Marketing), which is about 40 journal articles and 10 books of full quality and medium that is considered relevant is used in this study. The results show that sharia digital marketing activities must be based on Islamic principles. The implementation of digital marketing in sharia is almost the same as the digital marketing principle, yet the difference is the application of the character of business actors accompanied by sharia marketing ethics following the principles as described in the previous discussion. The steps of sharia digital marketing taken are as follows: Creating a Website and Social Media Account, Branding, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Video Production, and Segmentation.

Jual beli online ialah teknik yang baru dalam dunia perdagangan pada kehidupan masyarakat di era moderen. Jual beli online juga dianggap praktis sebab pemasarannya secara online memanfaatkan internet sebagai sumber informasi yang potensial guna mempermudah sistem kehidupan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Praktik Jual Beli Online Menggunakan Sistem Cash On Delivery (COD). Untuk mengetahui Praktik Jual Beli Online Menggunakan Sistem Cash On Delivery (COD) Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Akad Istishna Dalam Ekonomi Syariah. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif berupa mengumpulkan data-data terhadap subjek yang akan diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Praktik jual beli online banyak digemari oleh banyak orang sebab prosesnya yang mudah dan mempermudah konsumen dalam berbelanja, hal ini disebabkan karena terdapatnya sistem pembayaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Praktik ini digemari juga sebab banyaknya keuntungan yang didapatkan pembeli seperti harga barang yang lebih murah dari pasar swalayan biasa, diberikannya voucher berbelanja oleh e-commerce, serta biaya ongkos kirim relative terjangkau sehingga menarik minat pembeli dalam melakukan praktik jual beli secara online. Praktik jual beli online perspektif akad istisna yang pertama, yaitu pembeli memesan barang dengan mencari barang sesuai dengan kriteria yang diinginan kepada penjual dan yang bertanggung jawab membayar barang yang telah dipesan. Penjual dan pembeli melakukan kesepakatan tertentu serta penjual menginformasikan deskripsi barang yang hendak diperjual belikan. penjual bertanggung jawab menginformasikan harga barang yang diperjual belikan, serta pembeli juga berhak melakukan pengembalian barang apabila terdapat kecacatan barang yang diterima setelah melakukan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan.
