Practical implication of risk based categorization of salivary gland lesions on FNAC by Milan system: A two year retrospective study

Abstract: Milan system was introduced in 2018 with an objective to standardize and bring uniformity in the reporting of salivary gland lesion on fine needle aspiration. The present study is conducted retrospectively over a period of two years to reclassify salivary gland lesions according to Milan system and to calculate risk of malignancy in each category.
