Posttraumatic anterior-inferior instability of the shoulder: arthroscopic findings and clinical correlations

Abstract: Thus we conclude that early surgical stabilization after posttraumatic anterior-inferior shoulder dislocation is necessary to prevent increasing damage within the shoulder joint.
