Postoperative Catheter induced bacteriuria in obstetrics and gynaecological cases

Abstract: Background: Urinary tract infection is one of most common nosocomial infection and prolonged bladder catheterization is frequent cause. These infections increase hospital stay of patients, morbidity and financial burden.
