Postauricular and Axillary Approach Endoscopic Neck Surgery: A New Technique

Abstract: PAA endoscopic neck surgery is a feasible method for thyroid and parathyroid surgery that permits good operative visualization and has minimal adverse effects and excellent cosmetic outcomes.
