Postactivation Performance Enhancement (PAPE) Increases Vertical Jump in Elite Female Volleyball Players

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to verify if a conditioning activity was effective to elicit postactivation performance enhancement (PAPE) and to increase the performance in vertical jump (VJ) in elite female volleyball players.
