Two-thirds of the interventions consisted of multiple components (n = 42) [ 34 , 35 , 38 – 48 , 51 – 54 , 56 – 60 , 62 – 65 , 67 – 74 , 77 , 79 , 82 – 85 , 87 , 88 ], while the other third were stand-alone interventions (n = 14) [ 36 , 37 , 49 , 50 , 55 , 61 , 66 , 75 , 76 , 78 , 80 , 81 , 86 , 89 ].
